1.11 and then? Respec or what?

Sooo...we'll get our review in 1.11, but now? Will you respec and if so, what will you change? My mage is just 60 since 2 days, but I am really wondering what would be the best build after 1.11. I have now an arcane/fire build (with a few little mistakes, but I never respecced). I am mostly a PVE player.

Myself,I am looking to make mine an Ice mage with strong arcane abilities.Ive seen very few ice mages & am out to explore the viability of an ice mage & try something new.

My mage is only 29 and I've loved fire but the new talents tempt me going ice on a later stage. There seems to be LOADS of different viable builds now... lots of combos just with Winter's Chill, will be hard to decide.
