How about making that Britannia ship a 1,000,000 point spring cleaning item. It's 10m collection points or 13.00 cash. It seems like a perfect item to put at the top.

I believe he/she meant that it would cost 1 million clean-up points to obtain a ship, as another way to make it accessible to players.
