Its entirely possible that its a lone guy. We have all seen what small groups can do. Its doubtful that its an action backed by the US as our Cyber resources are streatched way to thin and mostly tied up with defending our own networks. I would say its no big change since the Jester has been doing this for a few years. In the long run its probably a good thing. Its hard to keep up your website when someone is going after it and it will give our intelligence services more time to try and nab their server masters and get some intel out of them which is always a good thing.
