The new vendors..

Did you folks notice any bug with the new vendors?
Several things Ive seen:
You can get them at Luna banker, not on new Haven.
If you are gargie and place one the vendor is gargie also, and cannot be changed to human/elf.
With the human/elf vendors, you can change/customize the hair styles, and partially skin color etc, also dress/equip them differently by using their paperdoll etc.
They seem to be pre-charged with 4 gold only, and they do not charge daily/hourly fees that is as planned.
If you dismiss the vendor, the place it was on remains after dismissal, as a colored tile and is labelled "location for xyz vendor" and stays in place after you dismissed vendor. I will wait for server reboot to see if the spot remains.
Just imagine putting some of the pricier items one the new ones and then losing them.

Any other observations appreciated.

Commission Vendor
A new type of vendor is available for purchase from all merchants that sell vendor contracts.

• Race of the vendor is dependent on the race of the character who places the vendor
• Vendor will not charge an hourly commission, but instead will take a 5.25% commission fee on each purchase.
• The Commission Vendor will be linked to the house where it is placed and have its contents count against total house lockdowns.
• No lockdowns will be counted unless an item is added to the vendor.
• The vendor is limited to its backpack limit
• Gold cannot be deposited into the Commission Vendor’s gold account
