I trained one up as a test when I was learning the system. It’s a decent three slot pet for when you are taming future pets with 2 slots or less.

One of my guildies uses a trained 2 slot Anniv Horse with Conductive Blast on it, as well as a 3 slot Iron Beetle with Rune Corruption. They debuff the hell out of the opponent's Resists for his Death Ray damage.
