Triceratops abilities question

So I have 2 triceratops and they both seem to be doing the same thing. They dont seem to be using mana hardly at all if any. 4 slots, 700 str, cap dex and stam. Mana 300. One has healing, bleed, ai, paralyze, pierce, and one other skill cant remember as im on my phone. Its the standard skills it comes.with. The other is same build just no healing. So my question is should the pet be out of mana or do none of the skills require mana which is why he doesnt use it. Please help my understanding with this pet.

Does it use its skills paralyze, heal etc at all? Interesting if it does and does not use mana. (A very lucky pet?)

It uses heal. I can see that im notnsure if it is getting off paralyze and bleed I dont see it doing it.

I had a Tri and sent it back into the wild for the reason you mention. The triceratops rarely use abilities. They're always at or near max mana. I'm sure some will disagree with me here, but IMO they don't make a good pet. They're the only pet I know of that acts like this. All other pets will mana dump at the start of battle.

is ur tri skilled up he may not have the required wrestling skill to use bleed or paralyze. I know mine didn't use bleed till I worked his wrestling skill.
