Is training Mysticism very slow?

Im trying to level it to 115, with discoing it - but its very slow gain rate on it - dont find any tricks I can do to speed it up either.

All/most magics are very slow over 100 skill.

Didnt have big issues going magery to 120...but myst is a pain. at 110,7 real (79,8) discoed - and its very slow.

It also depends on what your pet is. If you have a cu, she’ll cast more. If you are using a fire steed or nightmare, will be much much slower, as they love their dragon breath.
Overall, I have found most Magic’s to be slow going. Just hang in there and you’ll get it to cap.

Dragon breath will slow the gains. Just keep at it and you’ll get it done.
If you have the means, discord your pet. It’ll help a little bit with gains above 100.
