I was able to buy a 30 day gametime code fine yesterday using PayPal. I'm not sure about other codes though.

Actually I just went to the Origin store and it looks like it might be working now. I'll try to make the purchase and let everyone know how it goes.

I'm not a professional web developer but (ah yes, the classic I'm not an expert but I'm going to comment about it anyway), it seems strange such an issue can't be fixed in 7 days - or 5 working days - especially for a website that's primary goal is for money to be transacted for a business to make profit.

It's as if they haven't actually been working on it. It's as if they don't want our money. I think in my time, it's the UO community that has most said, "FFS, why is it so hard to give them my money". Ya gotta love it!

There was a sudden influx of items for sale in game last week (windrunners, lashers, soulstones etc.) being sold cheaper than normal at about 30m each. All these items are obtainable with sovereigns from the origin store. It makes me wonder if there is some naughtiness going on maybe?

I just bought the Time of Legends xpack to update another account and had no issues.

I can confirm that things are working fine again with the Origin UO store. I just bought Time of Legends and King's Collection and had no issues.

The good news is that while they were down so long, I found what I was gonna buy sovereigns to get a lot cheaper than the sovereigns cost.

Anyone else still think its crazy that there is no incentive to buy packages of more sovereigns? Price of $20 is the same as $10x2. I thought about buying $20 for some pet slots but only bought $10 cause hey - I can always buy $10 later at the same price. Take a hint from every other game - give incentive to buy in larger quantities. Why buy $5 when I can get 10% more at $20....or 15% more at $40! etc.

Yeah, they work off the "you can only buy 1 at a time anyway" train of thought..
I also don't think anyone at Broadsword has ANY experience in marketing or any actual interest in the Origin site since they make no money from it.

Makes you wonder why that 3rd party site is allowed to operate inside of UO freely don't it...."allegedly"
