Origin lost, in my opinion, the best EM in the EM program awhile back. (Nothing against the other EM's but I adore Faine and always will) We have yet to get a replacement and our town criers are screaming about an event that happened over a month ago...can someone shut them up please? THANKS!

And Six...I'm sure she gets like...56345865458361 e-mails....give it some time, I'm sure that if it warrants a response from her you'll get one, she's good like that

Outlook can do this yes.

A lot of email programs can send a read request with the email.
Regardless, maybe someone here can help you with your issue?
Have you opened a help request through EA? Do you have a case number you can refer Mesanna to?

sorry guys I mistook what you said before. yes, I have confirmation it was read, but no response. I thought it was something EA did like send me something say they were looking at it, but no not a word. I apologize I do not want to put it on here, kind of personal. No offense to anyone.
