Am I missing something? How is this not inferior to a craftable one for any build?
It has way more imbuing weight and stats then a crafted 150 luck piece can fit...
You only have 500 imbue weight on a crafted piece.
Your at 450 imbue weight just with the 3 hpr, 3 Mr, and the 150 luck..
This piece has over 1000 imbue wieght on it
Im assuming this is a dexxer piece.. What pvm dexxers need mana regen? You could make a case for hpr, but I could make a case for VAMP form.
