I know there's these two that are pretty close, but yours seems more like a possible clicky from years past... unless there's more details in the description of the item. Is it just regular stats?

Good thought, but none are the right color for this to be a doggy dupe. I remember seeing a mention of a blue bear mask back pre-UO:R, from Japan, I just can't find that reference again. :p
