As we all know "artifacts" used to be awesome, and now they are sort of all crap unless they fill a spot that has few other items in it, like aprons, boots, etc.
So just for fun since I don't recall a recent "make-an-item" post recently, come up with an item or items you think would restore that "holy crap" factor in the modern game. Make up properties, go crazy with stats, be reasonable with stats, thematic, practical... whatever.
