GIL donated us a plot in New Magincia, close to the bank. Right now, it is 13x13 but there had been a 15x15 before to I will try to resize it. Young Citizen with a NEW2 tag can have a bed and secure there, if they can't place a house themself.
NEW2 members will also be able to have a vendor there as long you are in NEW2.
The secure chest will have a key, you can lockdown or put in your bank.
