I have had an issue where a few of my accounts are not able to deco with the 9th Ann. housing tiles (shadow & crystal). I kept thinking it was a ML thing - and when Petra enlightened me, I then went and realized any 9th Ann. box I bought from say... Amazon... or any other venue would have been used and without the upgrade code! Petra actually went and bought 7 herself!
Before all this, I had submitted ticket after ticket through the EA "bug reporting" system.. and was always referred to asking for "ingame help" or to "look over the website" which by chance wound up being VERY frustrating.
Anyhoo...
Petra did forward my issue to the Devs... and here the thread to prove they actually do listen... even if their bosses don't.
