Wraith Form mana leech

Quick question, is the amount of mana leeched in Wraith Form dependent on Spiritspeak level? Would I be able to leech mana with 0 SS or JOAT SS using Wither or weapon hit?

yeah, dependent on SS level.

it probably wouldnt be worth a damn with just joat.
i dunno, you should go to test center and tell me, hehe.
