Workaround found for mod files loading xml files

If you're scratching your head and wondering what it means, this probably doesn't apply to you. If you're scratching your head, but fairly certain it does apply to you, I'll try and explain more later (in a bit of a rush at the moment).

Blasted I tried LoadResources but looks like I was missing part of the path to get it to work.

You had any luck with CSV files?
