i bought a wind's edge and i saw a thing : Hit mana leech %25. What ? In stratics , that number was %40. Is it changed ?

they changed mana, life and stamina leech to compensate for the base speed of the weapon it is on. i dont know the actual number for it all, but some of the weps now leech either more or less than what they originally did, especially when the wep had ssi

The whole leech-system was overhauled, about a year ago I think it was. The leech-% are now linked to the weapon's speed to make leeches (almost) equally effective regardless of weapon type. Fast weapons, like the Wind's Edge, now have lower percentages while slower weapons have higher.
