Will anyone use conc blow after the nerf?

I doubt anyone will bother with conc weapons because the special will be pretty much worthless.

Of all things, they change it to a mana drain? Totally worthless.

Anyone see a use for the new conc blow? Maybe I'm missing something.

Use it against mages... put them more on the defensive... if their mana pool is cut down a lot, they have less mana for big combos, giving you the opportunity to eff them up.

Use on dexers so they can't use specials on you...This is how concussion blows used to work. Cut your INT in half... but back then it was a random, had no toggle for it.

What does it do now exactly.
It does some damage and does a mana drain? (permanent loss, or temp loss?)

Do tell.

Now it does damage based on the %difference between mana and hp.

That sounds like it'll be hard to calculate.
So if my target is at almost 0 mana and has high hp like 100, then I would do what damage?
