Why i can't play my Betaville family?

Everytime i click on ''free will '' i got the message " The city is full , you can't create a family" . I don't want to create a new family, i just want to play my old family.
Why ?

You need to start the game as tso not ea land. There are 2 options for subscribers put an x in the sims online not ea land beta.

I get the same message. Just another bug, I guess. The other day I found I couldn't create a new family member in BV and posted that as a bug to the wiki bug 'board'. With all the other, more important bugs in EAL, I doubt anyone will fix BV. Or DC for that matter.

You can no longer create/move sims in production cities, or BV.

Interesting. But when I try to log into BV, I get that message. I already have a Sim family in BV. I can't log into DC either, but that is another matter.

You should still be able to play your BV sims, you simply cannot create more. If you aren't able to login to your BV sims, you should post a bug report and/or contact the dev team directly. This goes the same way for production cities; all sim creation has come to a halt, but you still are able to login to the production cities.

I'll post a bug report after the city mergers. DC and BV have about zero priority right now with the devs. Who knows, maybe the mergers will solve the problems.

I won't deny that. You need to post a bug report FOR a bug report nowadays. I think the contact process (and everything else for that matter) will become easier when all cities are merged and we're only dealing with two different versions of the game opposed to however many we have now.
