What is this breastplate you speak of? Is there a list somewhere of all these with stats?

All the new artifacts and their properties are listed in the pub 60 notes ( http://www.uoherald.com/news/news.php?newsid=932 ).

I suspect they haven't been added to the item stratics database because nobody has come forward with a complete set of pics.
