We've no idea whether she's important or not, and it would appear she's not supposed to be in game at all yet. We'll need to wait for publish 56 to find out I guess.

Did you noticed that over the last few years that the developers never really
did anything different on Siege Perilous when they did something on the
other shards?

Easier to write the program that way!

Or, ...
May be that the developers have this vague wish that people on Siege Perilous
to join Factions just to do those events, quests, or see something new inside
that Castle!

Would anyone join Factions to get a cure for the Blackrock sickness?
