Where are all the town criers?

I am not seeing any of them either. Read ye post went a looking and not finding any town criers so far *on two shards* even.

We also do not have Francis Chapman...see uo hall post on Francis Chapman. So...is Francis just a *trammel side offering or npc or will Siege get Francis & the books too, or will we be left without, like fishin up pearls in *lake haven* ?

I mentioned missing town criers with the missing Francis Chapman (missing on Siege) post on uo hall, maybe Jeremy or one of them clue us in on these missing npcs !

There was one east of the vesper provisioner shop out in the woods and a lil while ago i saw one in the middle of the water somewhere
