I did something (maybe double click) and got a message about throwing it in the (maybe sacred) waters... Sorry - do not remember all the details and never really tried to use it to see what it really does...

well im still working up 10k points on this mob(hopefully people dont come rushing it trying to get coins) Got it off either a green goblin or a goblin scout.

I didnt even try looking in them for loot ( had gained 5k points by this point) and finally looke din one and saw that coin... so wonder how many i missed out on
