What would you consider "atypical" in an MMO?

As in "not a standard feature" or "something you don't normally see in an MMO and it is refreshing!"

Hopefully the game I'm helping out with --- Death Never Accepts --- will be one of those atypical MMOs. So give me some ideas of stuff that would be a welcome change to the grind?
