What version of ICQ does everyone use these days?

Hi all - I am looking to install ICQ on my computer again so I don't have to use the web based version. However, the newer full versions take up too many resources on the computer. I downloaded an old lite version, but it didn't want to connect.

What is everyone using? And is there a good lite version I can find that will work?

I run the full blown client on the PC, might give the "lite" ones a try also.

The mobile app is also pretty good.

Adium - it handles multiple accounts, Yahoo, AOL, ICQ, Google, MSN, Facebook, IRC, etc.

I thought it was for other platforms, but it's only for Macs.

Should be able to right click on a contact you speak to and click 'View History'.
