What should my stats be with this template?

Hi,

I just finished my first Thief and I am now in the process of working on his stats. What should my stats be set at with the following template. I currently have 230 to work with.

120 Stealing
100 Hiding
100 Stealth
100 Lockpicking
100 Detect Hidden
100 Remove Trap
100 Snooping

Since non of those skils scales with DEX i would go for high STR (=as much health and possible carrying weight as possible) and as low as possible DEX. And whats left put into INT (travel mana, low circle spells).
