What is fast way to max uber on gags?

My uber name is Prince Wacko Rhinoquack. He is 31 laff. I got him whole cream pie and fire hose. He needs 3862 for squirt and throw he needs 3516.

Toonup is his last gag. Trying to figure out is buildings the best way. In river i know it goes faster but there not much buildings.

You need rides to river and friends willing to let you gag camp. Sellbot Hq is the easiest place to gag camp, just ask some friends for help.

I personnally prefer buildings, I think it's faster, get some friends and gag camp on the 5th floor, more point there
