Of course I know the 1st floor isn't the best, but it's more utilitarian then anything else. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th are all for everone and looks.

And the building to the West is also mine with the same exterior design, but different interior.

Mmm, I love extra tall archways. Very clean design, great looking rune library! I don't think I'll ever finish mine...

I particularly like the roof. Ive never thought of that walkway idea with the central area before. Looks great. One thing I'd do though is take away some of those straight edges on the pond. Maybe change the shape a little and add more rocks and plants etc to give it a more natural shape. Im off to TC to try out a roof like that. Good job.
