Scenario:
Have a weapon special move toggled that would cost double mana .
Get mana vamped or drained below that required mana before special goes off.
Weapon specials becoming unavailable until you are back to double mana. But 3 seconds after previous special move it should be only standard mana cost, but the client waits until double amount of mana is back and doesnt look at the timer.
This happens a lot at slasher of veils if someone wants to reproduce.
