We have confirmed with our vendor that players who have been charged multiple times for their subscriptions should start to see a reversal of charges as soon as possible, starting tomorrow during normal business hours. For those who may have been charged with overdraft fees from your financial institution, please follow the below instructions:
- Please have your financial institutions phone number at hand.
- Please contact our billing department by calling 650-628-1001. Please note that our billing phone support hours are 10:00 AM EDT - 10:00 PM EDT 7 days a week.
- Advise the billing agent that you have been charged multiple times and, as a result, overdrafted. At this point you may be transferred to a higher tier of support. You will be placed on hold while being transferred.
- The billing agent will need to verify with you the number of times you have been overcharged.
- The billing agent will then conference call your financial institution with you on the line to verify with their representative the overcharges. During this portion of the call the Agent will need to ask/confirm with your financial institution the following:
- You were charged incorrectly from Mythic Entertainment.
- The overcharges are being refunded to those affected.
- We will then ask your financial institution to waive any overdraft fees.
