* Might take an 18x18 if it's in a nice enough location, but basically set on a tower.

* No other houses on screen while anywhere inside it, if at all possible.

* No other houses even on the minimap ideal.

* Vicinity of either Vesper or Umbra preferred, but I realize there are limits to how picky I can be and expect to ever actually find anything.

* I won't be jerked around, but I have money to spend if I like the location well enough.

If not.... ill go have a look around over the weekend and see if i can place a nice quite trammel one for you..like the one i placed the other week for myself ....which maybe could be sold if u have particulary deep pockets..
