How do you make the wall map? One of my scribes gets the message, "You already know this recipe." Another gets the message, "You don't have the required skills to attempt this item."

NM, I figured it out. Use cartography skill (map maker's pen) and buy the atlas from the professor in Sir Geoffrey's camp where you start the new series of myrmidex quests.
