virtue armor and quiver of infinity blessed ?

are the virtue aromor pieces blessed . and if i claim a quiver of infinity will it be blessed ? . ive heard the sam helm and ember legs are not now . so id assume the others arent as well but i dont know . can anyone confirm or deny ?

About the only things left blessed are basic spell books, rune books, vet rewards, and non combat related gift and promo deco items. Can anyone think of anything else? Besides quest items.
