stealing is not as hard as I imagined. Finding victims to steal from- THAT is hard. I am on siege- perhaps I should have gone prodo, but then that limits my options for stealing items and for stealing locations.

Look in the areas where the other players are . With the new faction content and ilsh scrolls, keep an eye on those areas...la

I've had luck sitting at unpopular banks.. yet I usually study, do homework, watch movies when not actively thieving.
