Viable thief template?

I know its not the most popular skill anymore, but back in the late 90's/early 00's I always enjoyed getting a rise out of people by stealing. I'd love to do it again, but I can't find any good templates through google that aren't focused on unofficial shards.

Do you guys have any recommendations?
