Citizens of Vesper!
Governor Anna Goodward requests all citizens attend a town meeting at 20:30 (GMT) on November 4th. The meeting will take place at the Swaggers tavern - the large building directly below the Southern most bridge in Vesper. If anyone needs directions I shall wait at Vesper bank till 20:25 and guide anyone who needs it to the tavern.
Primary topic to discuss will be trade guild deals. Citizens are free to raise other topics as they wish however.
