[Price Check] Various Vet Rewards

As title says, I am looking for going prices on the following vet reward items:

Seed box
Metallic Leather Dye tub
Lighthouse
Commodity deed box

I tried looking through Vendor search, but couldnt get a hit XD
Any help would be appreciated!

It is hard to judge the market. I have been here over a decade and I do not understand why some things sell the way they do.

Those are all high end and sought after rewards worth millions. I am not certain on the tub... I bet it sells for a lot of gold too.

I think both the lighthouse and commodity box sell for around 5 mil.

Commodity deed box is a 1st year vet reward. I'd guess around 5million too.

Doh...guess I should have banked that as opposed to let it drop with my house (the old bossy barn near Despise entrance). Think I let a lot of items drop with it. Going through my bank box, I've realized the only things I kept were my soulstones and a 1 million gold check, lol...la
