Vampiric embrace no longer 100 life leach?

Hi guys i just noticed ont he buff window telling me that my sampire has only
20% life drain?.. Funny that i didnt hear about any changes about that for example in pub 79. So is it worth it to play a sampire anymore? Many thanks in advance

I think it just means that you drain 20% of damage caused but (unlike life leech) it goes off 100% of the time. I believe this is how it has always worked - I'm not aware of any changes in publish 79.

In any event, my Sampire seems to be working as normal.
