Vampiric Embrace change to Fire Resist Penalty?

I thought the penalty to VE was -25 Fire Resist. Tool tips shows it only being -2 to fire resist,

Tool Tips says the following:
+20 Hit Life Drain
+15 Stamina Regeneration
+3 Mana Regeneration
-2 Fire Resist

Maybe just a glitch in your client. Here is my tooltip, from the EC.
