We are a guild from Formosa, want to organise a event at the football stadium which near Luna tonight.... Can we borrow to use that stadium for 1 day please.?

Unfortunately, the GMs for UO do not typically respond to the forums directly. Your best bet for events like these are to try and contact them by email sent via EA's website or possibly by sending a PM on these forums to Jeremy_EA, the community lead for Ultima Online.
