1. may i know how to lower the energy resist cap and increase the def chance cap??

2. is it i can give up 5 point energy resist cap, then can increase 5 point def chance cap???

you can refine non-med armor piece for +1 DCI cap and -1 energy res cap.
refine 5 pieces to get +5DCI cap and -5 energy res cap

But do you know if i got 50 DCI (after refine) , is it count DCI 50 in pvp or just still calcuate 45 in pvp?
i am thinking to make a pvp suit that having 50 DCI which is more strong..

50 in pvp as well as in pvm
refine increase cap only ... you still need to get this extra dci on you suit
