If I do this, do I get any game time with it, or am I going to have to purchase that separate? I would figure I would at least get 1 month of game time. The way it looks, I don't think that's how it works. So... that's 20 + 15...

No, only new accounts get free time.

But, at least they lowered the price of SA down to $20 - it was originally $30 for the first few months.
