We didn't change anything about what loot dropped off any given mob, that's all the same. For example if a mob dropped ML weapons previously, it still drops ML weapons. What we did do was adjust how properties were applied to those items as well as rework how negative properties played into loot generation. We didn't adjust any creature strength and mobs strength will remain as is.
