there is a huge difference between day and 2 weeks.

We started having problems logging on at 8pm est and the shard went down sometime before 9pm but it reverted to somewhere around 4:30pm est.

Not so, I was in the same spot I was at only 60 minutes prior when a script boater training his Magery was ramming me over and over again. So the revert was not substantial, an hour or less. Just be thankful it was fixed fast and was not a longer revert.
