UO Cart Problem with EC and Pinco's

I have UO Cartographer and EC with Pincos all options are checked within the game however UO Cart has me at 0.0 S 0.0 E in the center of Lord British Castle and wont track my character on any facet. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

Update Now I am getting just a blank screen with no maps anyone know how to fix this?
