UO Assist and fixing unbroken items!

I've got XP and my UO Assist is gone also so it's not just 7 or Vista. . Whenever they drop a bomb on the players (like fixing things that don't need fixing) this happens. They do get paid to do this right? No thought process at all with UO anymore. Just do it up, put it in and we will fix it later after everyone gets upset about it.
