Unable to go to mustafar

im a cl62 Jedi on bloodfin and i have swg coa (complete online adventures) and i was wondering if anyone knew why when i try to go to mustafar it says i do not have clearance to go to mustafar

Only ideas I have...
1) Can only go by shuttle from Talus or Corellia
2) Make sure the expansion/COA is registered
