Umm, who is "Phil the Goat" ?

Went to Luna bank today to do some accounting of this weekend's activities and noticed this little guy hanging around the trash barrel.

Part of the Luna Trash Can.... There was a contest to design the Luna trash can.

The idea was that the goat ITSELF be the trashcan (after all, goats eat everything) but Mythic didn't fully understand the winning entry.

I think the goat somehow is a good "fit" for LA... it would never work on europa for instance, but on LA it just 'fits'! *giggles*

At one point in time Phil the Goat was also the EM event announcer, but now if you say "news" to him, all you will get is "*looks at you* *has retired from the news business* *guards his barrel*".
