[Discussion] Two different versions of Orc Chieftain Helm?

I've been lucky enough to get two of these from Oaks, but I noticed something strange...

Both have Identical resists (23/1/23/3/5)
Both have HP Regen 3
Both have 100 Luck

One of them has HPI 30
The other one has HCI 30% instead

Was this expected, or is there something funny going on?

it might be expected.

Theres a few otheres that give different mods as well.

like i know the Detective boots come in 3 types:

Legendary Detective of the Royal Guard Intelligence +2
Elder Detective of the Royal Guard Intelligence +3
Mythical Detective of the Royal Guard Intelligence +4

Also alot of Minor arties have 2 different types as well. so maybe meant to be?
