Tunic tools or not?

Now with reforging and imbluing is it even worth having runic tools now we didn't have this new stuff back in the day. Was thinking of dusting off my crafter and giving him a try again.

Th all for the reply's. But I am thinking making really good armor for both warriors and mages. So what yall think?

Common things to reforge onto warrior armor: HCI or DCI, Stamina Increase 10, Damage Eaters.

Common reforging for mage stuff, MR 4, overcapped LMC or LRC or Mana Increase, Damage Eaters.

Most warrior armor is reforged with lower tools to get just 1 property overcap or something that can't be imbued.

Most Mage stuff I think is reforged with the best tools and choose 2 of the mage titles, and just hope for something sexy to wear.
